Terms & Conditions – "Win the iPhone Duo" Campaign
1. Organiser: CVRGRM Mobile Phones, Abu Dhabi. The campaign is licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development under permit no. [permit number].
2. Campaign period: 1 November 2026 to 1 December 2026.
3. Where to buy: The offer covers purchases at CVRGRM stores and on the online store, cvrgrm.ae. Online customers are entered into the draw automatically using their order details.
4. How to enter: Every purchase of AED 150 earns one coupon for the draw. Each additional AED 150 on the same invoice or order earns one more coupon.
5. Creator codes: Customers who use the code of a participating content creator get two entries for every AED 150 spent.
6. Excluded products: The following are not part of the offer and do not count towards the AED 150:
• Discounted items or items under any other promotion
• Barner eyewear
• Departure perfumes
• Grams28 products
7. Prize: One iPhone Duo 256GB. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
8. Draw: The draw takes place on 2 December 2026 in the presence of a representative of the Department of Economic Development. The winner will be announced on CVRGRM's Instagram (@cvrgrm).
9. Eligibility: Open to UAE residents aged 18 and over. CVRGRM employees and their families are not eligible.
10. Prize collection: The winner will be contacted on the phone number registered on the coupon or online order, and must present their Emirates ID and the invoice or order confirmation. If the prize is not collected within 30 days of the announcement, it will be handled according to the Department of Economic Development's instructions.
11. Returns and refunds: Returning products or refunding a purchase cancels the coupons linked to that invoice or order.
12. Publicity: By entering, participants agree that their name and photos may be published for promotional purposes if they win.
13. General: CVRGRM may amend these terms with the Department of Economic Development's approval. The campaign is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
الشروط والأحكام – حملة «اربح الآيفون Duo»
1. الجهة المنظمة: كفرجرام للهواتف المتحركة (CVRGRM)، أبوظبي. الحملة مرخّصة من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية – أبوظبي بموجب التصريح رقم [رقم التصريح].
2. مدة الحملة: من 1 نوفمبر 2026 إلى 1 ديسمبر 2026.
3. قنوات الشراء: يشمل العرض المشتريات من فروع CVRGRM ومن المتجر الإلكتروني cvrgrm.ae. ويُسجَّل العميل في السحب تلقائياً عند الشراء أونلاين ببيانات الطلب.
4. آلية الدخول: كل عملية شراء بقيمة 150 درهم تمنح العميل كوبوناً واحداً للدخول في السحب. ويحصل العميل على كوبون إضافي عن كل 150 درهم إضافية في نفس الفاتورة أو الطلب.
5. الكود الخاص: يحصل العميل على فرصتين في السحب عن كل 150 درهم عند استخدام كود أحد صناع المحتوى المشاركين في الحملة.
6. المنتجات المستثناة: لا يشمل العرض ما يلي، ولا تُحتسب قيمتها ضمن مبلغ الـ150 درهم:
• المنتجات المخفّضة أو المشمولة بعروض أخرى
• نظارات Barner
• عطور Departure
• منتجات Grams28
7. الجائزة: جهاز iPhone Duo بسعة 256GB. الجائزة غير قابلة للاستبدال نقداً أو بمنتج آخر، ولا يمكن تحويلها لشخص آخر.
8. السحب: يُجرى السحب يوم 2 ديسمبر 2026 بحضور ممثل عن دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، ويُعلن اسم الفائز عبر حساب CVRGRM على إنستغرام (@cvrgrm).
9. أهلية المشاركة: المسابقة متاحة لكل من يبلغ 18 سنة فأكثر ويقيم في دولة الإمارات. ولا يحق لموظفي CVRGRM وعائلاتهم المشاركة.
10. استلام الجائزة: يُتواصل مع الفائز عبر رقم الهاتف المسجل في الكوبون أو في الطلب الإلكتروني، ويلزم إحضار الهوية الإماراتية والفاتورة أو تأكيد الطلب. وإذا لم تُستلم الجائزة خلال 30 يوماً من الإعلان، تُعامل وفق تعليمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية.
11. الإرجاع والاسترداد: إرجاع المنتجات أو استرداد قيمتها يلغي الكوبونات المرتبطة بالفاتورة أو الطلب.
12. الموافقة على النشر: بمشاركته في السحب، يوافق العميل على نشر اسمه وصوره عند الفوز لأغراض إعلانية.
13. أحكام عامة: تحتفظ CVRGRM بحق تعديل الشروط وفق موافقة دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، وتخضع الحملة لقوانين إمارة أبوظبي.
